Fractional CXO & Brand Strategy
Replay.io is a developer-focused debugging platform with two distinct product lines -- Replay MCP for engineers and a Chrome Extension for non-technical builders. Motevo is providing fractional CXO support, helping the team clarify positioning, sharpen messaging across both audiences, and build a marketing foundation for growth.
Fractional CXO & Brand Strategy
Salmon Labs provides enterprise teams with an AI-native real-time data intelligence layer that integrates directly into existing CRM and sales systems. Motevo developed their brand positioning, messaging framework, and channel strategy -- helping them articulate a differentiated value proposition in a crowded market, with clients including Google Cloud and Scale AI.

Outer Edge Technology is a managed IT services firm specializing in regulated industries including healthcare and life sciences. Motevo built their full brand framework -- audience personas, competitive positioning, mission and value proposition -- centered on their embedded partnership model and the insight that compliance should be a competitive advantage, not just a constraint.
Brand Strategy & Fundraising
Pause Ministries is a Christian nonprofit helping people slow down and reconnect with faith. Motevo supported their national growth through a visual brand rethink, fundraising presentation development, and a content strategy designed to expand their reach and deepen community engagement.
Brand Strategy, Site Redesign & Paid Media
Hunchly, an evidence capture tool for online investigators, needed an urgent overhaul. In two months, Motevo delivered a brand framework, full site redesign built in React on Vercel, HubSpot integration for enterprise lead capture, GA4 setup, and Hunchly's first-ever paid media strategy.
Website Redesign & B2B Integration
Level.co, an access control tech company, came to &Kind deeply frustrated with how their digital presence reflected their brand ethos. Motevo served as a silent partner -- overseeing strategic and operational direction, managing workflow across multiple workstreams via Asana, and ensuring a full website redesign was delivered in just over four months. The project included integrating a newly acquired B2B division, new product content, SEO, and GA4.
Startup & Innovation Era
Brand Identity, Site Redesign & Full Asset Overhaul
As Executive Director of Global Marketing, I helped lead a full rebrand of Techstars from the ground up -- brand identity, site redesign, SWAG, and all supporting assets across a global organization. A top-to-bottom initiative that modernized how one of the world's most recognized startup accelerators presented itself to founders, investors, and partners worldwide.
Events Strategy — Lisbon, Portugal
With live events just reopening post-pandemic, I developed and sold through a strategic presence at Web Summit in Lisbon -- Techstars' first major return to the live stage and a calculated bet on EMEA brand building. We sponsored 36 startups and 100+ founders, hosted two flagship events across startup and growth stages, held a large alumni gathering, and helped four internal departments achieve their own goals through a single activation.
Organizational Change Management
Led a large-scale OCM effort across 4 departments and 12 workstreams to restructure the operational model for Techstars Startup Weekend -- a global program spanning close to 1,000 events worldwide. The initiative focused on equipping event managers with the tools, assets, and frameworks to operate with greater autonomy and consistency at scale.
Agency Era
Multi-Device Experience (MDE)
Samsung had made bold promises at Mobile World Congress 2017 around SmartThings and its connected home ecosystem. By late 2018 those promises had yet to materialize -- while Alexa and Google were establishing deep roots in the market. Our team pitched and won the global MDE business in Q4 2018. Over ten months we built a program that defined Samsung's approach to the connected home, accounting for nearly 27% of the Samsung account pipeline and putting them credibly on the map in a space they had been losing ground in.
Donate a Photo — Mobile App & Program Growth
R/GA conceived and launched Donate a Photo in 2013 -- a mobile app that let people support nonprofit causes by uploading a photo, with each photo triggering a $1 donation from J&J to a partner nonprofit. I joined the program after launch and became a driving force in its growth and execution. By 2015 the initiative had generated over one million donated photos, entirely through organic engagement, before any paid media was introduced.
